Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, making it a great choice for travelers to Toronto or Niagara Falls. The rooms are well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, offering good value for money. The service is commendable, with a polite staff; however, maintenance issues like a clogged tub were a downside. The location is ideal, close to various routes and within reach of attractions like Niagara Falls and Toronto. The dining options are plentiful and cater to different dietary preferences. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay near popular destinations.
The hotel offered a convenient stay at a good price point with some minor noise disruptions due to room location. The breakfast buffet provided decent quality with limited meat choices. The rooms, though small, were equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and fridge. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel for its value and convenience.
The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, though the distance to the pool and restaurant was inconvenient for my husband. The check-in process was delayed as the room wasn't ready on time.
The hotel provided excellent rooms that were well serviced and clean, although there was a mix-up initially. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were issues with pet charges. The location was central with easy access to shopping, but the dining experience lacked variety and had some maintenance issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were dark and in need of an update, but they were nice overall and offered a balcony looking into the inside court area where the outdoor pool is located, which was exactly what we had requested. The service was very friendly and helpful, but the dining experience was disappointing as most of the food was pre-bagged. The location was convenient, central, and close to various services and nearby attractions such as Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and being able to load the car right from the ground floor room with a sliding door was so convenient. Having outdoor space or a balcony was a nice bonus, and I truly enjoyed my time here. However, there were a few service hiccups that could be improved for a more seamless experience.
